They do pay - I’ve had success over the last 4 months - this week though I had to wait the longest whilst my withdrawals were pending for almost a week and if you see my original post I’ve won a large sum so was nervous about anything coming back and now I’m relieved I’ve got a small part for now
That’s a welcome start, £5,000 has actually reached your account. I understand there’s still a long way to go, but receiving the first payment is encouraging.
It’s worth seeing whether they approve a higher withdrawal limit, though I wouldn’t count on it until they confirm. Hopefully the remaining payments continue regularly under the current limits.
Let us know what they say about the increase and how the next withdrawal goes. 🙂
I’ve played withdrew fine.
problem I’m finding is if you try and set a deposit limit they pray on you if you ask for £50 per week they try and talk you round or say pick days to play so they know you’ll play and hopefully for them lose.
ive emailed them over and over and get same robotic responses, it’s getting boring now I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to set limits and I lost big during this time and they offer you £20 as vip bonus.
I’ll add there reply after asking for a deposit limits
"Thank you for your message.
Before making any permanent decisions, I would like you to consider a more balanced approach. You could designate specific days each week for playing, allowing you to enjoy your gaming experience without the risk of overspending time and money.
This strategy can help you maintain your enjoyment and make it easier to return to playing when you choose, all while keeping your gaming experience fulfilling.
If you'll need my assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out."
or….
"Thank you for your message.
Setting a limit of £50 per month is quite restrictive and can easily be reached within just a few rounds of play. Would it perhaps be better to set a daily limit of £100 instead? This option provides much more flexibility while keeping your gameplay balanced.
What do you think about setting it up this way?

they don’t care want to leech off you when you ask for a email to complain you get nothing back
Those responses are very concerning. Suggesting a £100 daily limit when you requested a £50 monthly or weekly limit would substantially increase the amount you could deposit. Choosing specific gambling days is also not a substitute for applying the financial limit you requested.
Could you clarify whether your original request was for £50 per week or £50 per month? Please keep the first request with its date, every reply you received, the £20 VIP bonus offer and a record of all deposits and losses made after that request. Those details will be important when assessing how the casino handled the situation.
Since you have already been trying to set the limit for three weeks and continued losing money during that period, I recommend that you submit a complaint now. There is no reason to wait another 14 days in this situation.
In the meantime, please do not rely on the VIP manager to protect you from further spending. If you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control, send the casino a clear written request for immediate permanent self-exclusion due to a gambling problem, stating that you do not accept alternative limits, breaks or bonuses. You can also activate a gambling block with your bank and use blocking software while the request is being handled.
LuckyWave has a very low Safety Index, operates without an official licence and has previously failed to cooperate with our Complaints Team. I therefore cannot promise that the complaint will recover your losses. Still, filing it is worthwhile because the evidence can be formally assessed, and a justified unresolved complaint may further affect the casino’s Safety Index and warn other players.
Dear Neil,
Thank you for your message.
In order to verify that this request is coming directly from you, we require one final mandatory step before we can move forward. Please upload a selfie to your profile holding a handwritten note that reads:
"Hello, Luckywave. Please set the limit + [today’s date]"
Please make sure both your face and the note are clearly visible. For the best clarity, it would be helpful to write on a piece of lined or grid paper.
As soon as this is uploaded, let me know, and we will be able to proceed.

For now, please try to be patient. I can see that you have successfully submitted your complaint and it is currently waiting for review.
Let’s wait to see what information our Complaints team may need from you. The best approach will be to follow their instructions once they respond. You are welcome to share any new developments here on the forum as well, but your complaint should now be the main place for handling the case.
