Just an update. The CEO got in contact with me and told me he personally has processed my withdrawal. He has closed my account but understood the situation and apologised.
this does show genuine commitment to players and a legit CEO.

When I asked customer service what was going on they proceeded to tell me that I accepted a bonus... so I then became angry, and called the casino some bad names. So they used that as a reason to close my account and steal my wings.
And Veronika seems to think they are justified in their fraudulent ways. Maybe she is on the take?

Veronika wrote in the summary that you activated the bonus according to what I have seen from the complaint. If she had proof of this, then it must have been backed up by the casino and they sent her what was needed.
As far as rude behaviour is concerned, by all means, whatever the problem, try to deal with the situation with a cool head, even though it may seem that the casino would be unfair. When they close your account, I think it's justified although they probably shouldn't take your money on that basis. But you have the option of contacting us and if you think that everything was fine on your part, then there is no reason for you to escalate things like that. As you can see, it hasn't helped anything.
