We have received your email, thanks for reaching out, I hope you are doing great!

Please be advised that the maximum cash out after playing with your no-deposit bonus is $100. Once the playthrough requirement for this bonus is completed, you have to make a minimum $25 deposit and wager it x1. Meanwhile, you will receive a call for verification of your account and lastly, we will ask you to send us the documents listed in section 20.15 of our terms and conditions. Please note that after placing and wagering the deposit amount, your maximum cashout will be calculated as $100 (bonus money) + $25 (deposited money), making it $125 in total.

Right after your first deposit is made, we’ll give you a phone call as a security measure to confirm your account details. It’s short and effortless! And for your actual withdrawal, we'll ask you for a few documents.

To withdraw your winnings, please submit the following documents to us. Please ensure that all photos are high-quality and colored, not blurred.

- Identification document (driver’s license, passport) front and back

- Copy of any credit/debit cards successfully used (front and back)

- Filled out, signed, and dated Card Authentication Form (in case you deposited with Credit/Debit Card)

- Filled out, signed, and dated copy of the Withdrawal Application form

- Proof of address: document with your physical address and name visible (e.g., utility, medical, delivery bill) - not older than 2 months

You can send all the documents to support@luckytigercasino.com and we will forward your email to the Finance Department.

If you have any questions we are here for you 24/7, don't hesitate to contact us!

that was their answer... Do you need to make a deposit and copy the front side of the cards? No way! That's it for me... In this casino I jumped out!

Hi, I understand your frustration. Anyway, verification calls are quite common way of verification in many casinos. I fully understand you don't want to send them pictures of your card. It's a standard procedure that casinos request cards, but they also allow the player to hide some figures. They usually need to see first 6 and last 4 figures and they don't need to see the back of the card. If they do, then I wouldn't show them the CCV code.
