Thank you. not to worries, i will keep going everyday til either they pay or everyone in the net knows who they really are.

Such a pity that casinos like this give crypto casino a bad name.

Worst part is that they call themselves the most fair crypto casino in the web.

They were amazing till they had to pay, once they have to pay they are showing their true colors.

Over a months with not evidence they are keeping all my money!!!!

I truly hope so.

I am losing hope in this casino they haven't got a piece of evidence against me, they have denied in another casino forum the professionalism of casino guru rep regarding the game history checks and the are denying the game provider findings, even when the game provider has send them a statement.

They are keeping my money without real reasons now.

At first i would have understood but now over a month of them desperately looking for something they will never find because i did not cheat and i bet sting to have pay 1496LTC.

I don't have to ruin the reputation , exposing the truth will do the job.

i want the justice and if this casino is not being honest the various gambling forums will have to warn other players because this casino somehow even tough is brand new has been given a good reputation when they haven't prove themselves and players must be warn what might happened to them.


Have a look at the reviews they are not the nicest reviews either.

They are lying about the game provider who send an official statement last week, yet they are keep lying.

I have not intention to ruin reputations i want to get pay for what i have won and demonstrated honestly.

If not is my duty of care to make sure not other players will endure what i am going through.


All i ask transparency and in over a month the casino failed to provide the most simple way which is sharing the game provider findings.

Like I said as a regular contributor to this forum and a slot playing gambler I was so happy that you won and won big I can’t put into words my deepest feelings of disappointment if they don’t cough up what is rightfully yours🤢

Thank you I really appreciate that.

Until the very end i was truly hopping that the casino was genuine about the investigation and i was fine with that as i didn't cheat but seeing how they are hiding the game provider findings and mostly their official statement i am losing faith day by day.

If you check the other complaints i have made in bitcoitalk u can understand my frustration an how they are dealing with that.

Again is till hold a little flame as i refuse to believe that this casino was given 7.2 good reputation in casino guru and they will throw it away just like that, hoping obviously if the casino doesn't pay casino guru will change that as lots of players do trust this site.


Fingers crossed the casino will come to terms that once in a blue moon thy have to pay players.

Keep following and see what will happen.

Hi Radka,


i have sent an email and also sent lat email from the game provider to Andrej to be added on my complaint case but i haven't heard anything from andrej and my last post hasn't been approved yet.

Is there any reason why the email which is part of the evidences the casino is refusing to share the official statement of the game provider.


Also Andrej asked to the casino the game history and after checking he stated tat there was nothing of the ordinary and when i confronted the casino Ltc rep said that Andrej only check one account and not all four.

Could you please check with Andrej if ie was sent all 4 accounts or only once and what was checked?


The casino has been trying very hard to downplay the game provider and even casino guru checks and i would like to know if this is true.

Not sure how to ask Andrej as he never reply to my email.

How long it takes for the site to make a verdict when the players has many proves and the casino only excuses?

So far they haven't managed to give a piece of evidence against me and they are keeping my money ,on top they are refusing to release the official statement of the game provider because it states i didn't cheat.

Why if they don't prove what they are assuming with if they are so sure? The casino guru community will be in danger to be scammed by a casino that was rated with a good reputation casino even-tough they have not license and not enough time to prove they are honest.

I believe that some sort of pressure should be given as the more this is taking the more people will be scammed.

The reviews aren't good either and i am surprise that after so long with not proves from the casino players aren't warned by this individual.


really concerning as i found this casino here at casino guru and trusted your site and many others will do the same mistake.


i feel the villains always win.

I can imagine that I would also be very persistent and angry being in your position.

I don't want to repeat myself here, but since the complaint is still not closed there is no result so we can only speculate about the same things over again.

I do not know what information the casino provided or what is currently being reviewed.

I'd like to say, that we inform, that this casino operates without any license and is pretty new so it has not been proven by time.

As I already wrote, if the casino does act unfairly, especially when dealing with complaints it will affect its score. It all depends on the final result.

If the reviews are not good I'd say it's another thing to think of before playing anywhere.

What else can I say at the moment...

Thanks for your reply, Andrej never reply to my email and today i was expecting a reply at least on the complaint page but still nothing, the last two screenshot of emails are still not approved and the only reason i have send them is to prove that the casino received the official statement long time ago now.

Unfortunately i din't see the bad reviews when i signed in January otherwise i wouldn't have signed in , i simply trusted the rate given from casino guru.


Hopefully people seeing the reviews they will not sign in and if there is a god the casino will change the rate if they don't pay the winnings.


As you said correctly i am angry indeed and surely persistent as i am not getting my winnings and lost over 15k and by the way the casino is acting , nothing is coming.

I'll wait when Andrej will approve my screenshots and reply to my email.

I can see Andrej actually replied 15min. ago. We were on a congress where all employees met together last week so that probably caused the delay.

Still nothing from the casino.

This is madness. have a look when was last time they appear in this forum. They clearly hoping it will all be forgotten as otherwise one can't explain the radio silence.

I know for a fact they can't prove it I cheated as I didn't and thr game provider told them but the craziest part is that after a month and half now not being able to find a piece of evidence they are buying time and god knows how many playets reading the good score given to this casino will fall in their trap like I did.

This whole thing upsets me.

I was quite sure that we conclude there is nothing suspicious in your gaming history, the fact that the game provider stated the same should be enough for the honest casino, I'd say.

I'm eager to see what reaction comes now because I just can't imagine what kind of evidence should they possibly provide after a month and half...

At this point I have lost all rhe faith in this casino and I really hope that the casino ratinng will go down and people will be warmed about them.

This is not a reputable casino behaves.

I did spend a fortune and once it was their turn to pay they turned into a rogue casino monster.

The fact that they never emailed emailed once for me was the convincing point they were a rogue casino, then the lies after lies and denying the undeniable was the last straw.

I truly hope I'm wrong but they closed my account the 26th of Feb and time and facts are speaking clearly.

So unfair this casino acts in such despicable ways.
