Hi, I would say that you have not been waiting long and the fact that you have received other withdrawals is a good sign, I think. Like the other player said, maybe they are making some checks on this withdrawal if it is bigger than you describe.

Hi this casino let me cancel my withdrawals which for a regulated uk casino is a big no no , have all the emails live chats. Guy on live chat said give them time to email back been 3 days not letting it go. 2021 cancelling your own withdrawals stopped by uk law the live chat guy said he doesn’t know how that Happened havnt heard a peep back from the emails my account won’t let me into it but before I complained I made sure I have everything on record. Told them I was going to Ibas the live chat guy again said doesn’t need to go down that road but when getting ignored why should I sit and be patient if I broke rules they would ban me full stop so they broke laws and blank me and I should be calm haha bk chance any opinions are welcome

Yes requested a withdraw on 2 occasions then was able to go and cancel them both to then use again that feature shouldn’t be there full stop in any uk regulated casinos it was done away with in 2021 I’m near sure , thanks for the reply. They also still arnt responding to my emails what so ever.


they admitted it isn’t allowed to happen although I was told days ago I would hear back asap they stopped letting me on the account *as they were checking the problem* although they literally just stopped emailing full stop trying to get away from it, there reviews are shocking but being a uk regulated casinos I thought it would be safe enough I was clearly wrong.

In such a case you should definitely get in touch with the UKGC itself, as they regulate this casino and are responsible for overlooking all such casinos.

Just a quick update on this.. lottogo have paid me back all my deposits depositing 100£ which I was happy enough with as soon as I went through ukgc as use advised me they emailed the day after so thanks a lot it took me about 3 days to recieve the money and they then closed my account permanently which I don’t care about as wouldn’t have used it again. But for it being their mistake and nothing to do with me should they really have handled it that way. Neitherless happy enough🙂
