The refusing to let me withdraw my winnings because I do not have a passport driving license I made a complaint through resolver and they will jot even communicate tho it,I've barriers put in my way to stop me withdrawing and barriers put in my way to stop me complaining through the proper channels

We don't respond to Resolver Complaint emails directly for a number of reasons. The main one being that we don't, under any circumstances, share other peoples information via an email that isn't registered on their account. We're also unaware of what Resolver does with this information, such as personal documents that may have been uploaded to the query.

Im sure you understand that the protection of your data and personal information is of critical importance to us.

Complete MORONS. Close my account telling me I had a duplicate account. This was a LIE. They just do NOT like it when you win. And will tell you any excuse to close your account. It's the same with 99% of online gambling companies today. If you keep depositing and never profit, then that's ok. They will NEVER close your account. But when you win it's a different matter.

Despite having sent multiple verification documents over the previous month, there seemed to be an issue with his withdrawal. Funds locked due to alleged bonus play.

The player 'bradlet2101', from the United Kingdom, deposited 30GBP, took the 60FS bonus and won 9GBP. The player then played another game just with his cash funds and won 450GBP. The casino locked the funds and claimed the player had taken a bonus, but the player had cash funds in his account and was playing just with the cash funds, no bonus funds, so the casino should not had locked the funds. In the end, the player was able to withdraw 80GBP, but not the whole disputed amount. There was no reaction from the casino.
