Hello, did you try to resolve this with the casino somehow? Do I understand correctly if I say that you lost money in the end? Or did the casino take it from you? Such problems can usually arise, but I believe it's not that difficult to find a reasonable way to talk to the casino. Sometimes it's difficult, but if it's not possible we can try to help. But if a player loses money then there is nothing to save, so that's why I ask.

Hello, if the casino didn't give you a bonus, did you ask why? There must be a reason.

Unfortunately, casinos don't have to offer bonuses to players, as it's entirely up to them who they give them to and who they don't. But I would assume that they would at least say something about it.

When I made a deposit and added the promo code, the text "promotion added successfully" appeared. After that, I completed the deposit but the bonus did not come.

They gave no reason other than it is not available in my country.

There is no bonus in my country. There is no Finnish in banned countries. This is a garbage site that cheats. However, the bonus code was supposedly added successfully at the beginning of the deposit.

So I tried looking at the Terms and Conditions, but I couldn't find it anywhere. 

Anyway, as I said, the casino doesn't have to give the player a bonus, but if they know that's the case, it would be good if they let him know in advance so he doesn't deposit money there.

I would say it depends a bit on the size of the win and whether you continue to have any communication or just get cold feet/are ignored.

But generally, no, it shouldn't take a week.

I think it's an unacceptably long time, they seem to deliberately want players to cancel the withdrawal and then play the money.

I choose to issue a warning to everyone. 96 hours is too long. Find players with much faster payout times.

Choose whatever suits you. I would consider 96 hours quite okay, not cool, but within a tolerable limit, given the daily feedback on casinos I read here on the forum, but that depends on the situation, I reckon.

Which companies process withdrawals within 24 hours? Is there a thread here on the forum with that type of tip where you can read/see which companies process it within such a short time?

I personally don't think 96 hours is okay, I understand if it's a huge sum won (but then communication should also precede the situation).

A normal withdrawal that takes 96h+ to process is way too long in my opinion.
