Kryptosino holding customers withdraws... according to rules 48hours for withdraw... no additional verification in my account no suspect activity and what? Waiting 3 days for withdraw... every day different story about withdraw... you cannot sent complain because this not take more then 2 weeks (but they break own rules that both site accept...) but if casino review you account by 31 days you and you sent complain, what is the answer from Casino Guru? 🙂 The answer is you accept the rules you must wait... but if casino break rules that both site accept what is the answer Casino Guru? 🙂 Wait 2 weeks and sent complain... this is to early... and thanks to that nobody know that casinos break rules that both site accept...
Can you share the stories you mentioned? Maybe it's just an explanatiom why the casino can't comply with the "rules". I'd say those time limits are subjects to change under a specific cisrcumstances.
Again, would be good to know what did the casino tell you.
Anyway, from my point of view, those 14 days the complaint team gives to casinos are meant for the first withdrawal concernig the KYC or additional checks. I wouldn't say it's normal to wait for 14 days for any payment - especially crypto payment.
it is not normal to extend 14 days without additional verification for withdraw 🙂 i know what is additional verification i always ask "is my account is ok? do i need to sent more documents? Why i take so long?" etc. end the answer is always the same (or not xd) "we push you withdraw..." "it will be ASAP" etc. 🙂 you can read rejected complaints it is good reading 🙂 many complaints are rejected because of period time 🙂 If those complain want be rejected casinos will not extend time 🙂 But you authorized this and they do what they want and customers accept this but not TROLLS like me 🙂 Why i should accept this? 🙂 always take the side of the weaker no matter who is weaker... so you can call me troll, for me it is no problem 🙂
i have this situation in dexterbet 🙂 next casino was kryptocasino 🙂 now waiting in horus casino for normal verification 🙂 if you have rules "withdraw till 48hours" "verification till 48 hours" and you wait 5 or more days for both... this is unfair... and you try to sent complain about this and it is rejected 🙂 greetings from Troll! Though I have my own opinion, the Complaint Team set those 14 days as a reasonable amount of time for the casino and the player to handle withdrawals affected by the ongoing verification.
Once the casino fails to do so, the team steps in.
But it doesn't mean we encourage casinos to delay payments or verifications. We are here for players, remember? What would happen if we step into every verification you deem purposely delayed? The casinos would demand time to verify players in the first place. We have such experiences, so the process evolved.

Tried this one for a deposit and quite liked the site and the welcome offer, although the WR was a bit steep.
They're owned by the company currently promoting that ridiculous fake money streamer so I'll pass on any further involvement with them.
I guess we could use your insight regarding the streamers. It's a huge business with quite a shady background, if you ask me.

Verification was real smooth and card withdrawals are speedily processed. I've made 5-6 withdrawal requests, mostly in the evening, and each one has come through the following morning.
Kryptosino is the worst casino of all times, won $50, they asked for verification, sent my docs in promptly, they said max time 48 hrs, its bn almost 3days now, no one contacted me with an update, when i speak to chat, they just said oh, finance will send me an email when my verification is done, this is disgusting treatment, , i would not recommend my worst enemy to play here, thieves
Did you try to contact the finance department by sending an email, perhaps? They should provide more answers than live chat, I believe.
Were all the documents in the right format and of a good quality?
