Hah , I had fun , but I don't believe the slots would pay out the same way they did with this bonus, if I was to deposit. Yeah what's with $30 fee for withdrawals , that's ridiculous, you fellas must pay the office crew really well , got any jobs ?

Well it's a good thing Kats has $120 no deposit bonus

you get to decide whether you will deposit here or somewhere else after you have played for free , Yeah I think you peoples at Kat casino might want to review the way you charge people who play , because there are thousands of casinos that dont charge for these things. otherwise except for these few un cool fees and terms and conditions this casino was cool I had a good time

I originally won $1482. I deposited $115 with a 250% bonus. Based on their calculations your allowed to take out 10X of your deposit which would be $1115. After I completed the playthru I had $1482 in my account. When I went to withdraw they removed 345 for the bonus and an additional $50 for the fee to get a check. That left my account at $1090 under review.. But then they said we take the bonus from your Max allowable cash out which they did. They took an additional 345 and an additional $50 that's left me with $695 cash out. To me there is totally unfair. Place is a Ripoff. I don't think I will continue to play here. Today I got a text from them. Hi thanks for making several deposits. Keep on depositing....

Hello and thank you for your point of view,

sadly it seems that nobody from the Cats Casino is registered on this forum, so nobody will be notified about your post. I would ask the casino about the fees, I assume it will be held by the external payment provider, however. 🤔

Hello there,

seems like it quite suits our warnings:

I just don't understand how could they remove the same amount of 345 two times. Not to mention the 50 fee. For what? For the account review - two times again? No surprise the casino earned a questionable reputation.

It's not surprising that the casino earned a questionable reputation.

Radka. I just spoke to one of the chat reps. I started getting the runaround when I asked what is the delay with my withdrawal. I told the guy Sam. K. that I usually only play at licensed casinos. He replied and said they are licensed. I then asked under what name and he said Kats Casino.

According to Casino Guru they are not licensed.

Hello zena5755,

thanks for the note, I'll get it checked. Can you paste some screenshots showing that this person said the casino is licensed, please? I think it would be helpful.

I got this today. Out of 1482.00 I get 695.00

Your payout of $ 695.00 USD has been authorized to be paid out. You will receive another email once your payment has been sent.

This is unfair.

It seems that your list of the submitted complaints will get another addition, right?

Thinking about it I don't think its worth the hassle over such a small amount of money. I was able to get this today thoughfile

Hello,

well, I think I understand 🙂.

Anyway, thanks for the PrintScreen!

and if I did make a complaint do you really think they will respond. They seem to make their own rules. Rtg platform casinos are not run like they run theirs. A few of them that I belong to do not remove the bonus especially after a large playthru. Kats will never make it with these unfair rules

Hello,

It's hard to tell, but we never know if the casino will respond especially in the case of fresh casinos or casinos with a bad reputation.

Sadly you're right, the RTG-based casinos are considered pretty dangerous because the bonus management is poor and players can be caught in a trap.

The Kats Casino should work on its Terms and Conditions, that's for sure.

I think a complaint is in order because I'd never received my winnings. Even though I disagreed with the amount they still owe me $695.00

They are a sleazy company.

Go ahead, please.

Both are s good reasons for submitting the complaint.

Just need to ask a question, I have $462.00 in my account right now, that is after the play thru of $2400.00. should I just leave the $462.00 since it was a No Deposit Bonus (Free Money) to see they will give me any problems with the withdrawal. I had a good time. Usually when I play with a NDB the casino always makes it harder to get thru the last $200.00 by making the slots spin slower, and since I like to stop the machines manually (which I know they hate) would make it to where I can't even stop it (sticks) but I haven't had any problems with Kat's Casino with any of those issues through out the play thru and I really don't think that 20x play thru is not that bad because I had some that where 50-120x play thru. It's a challenge but a fun one just to see if I can/could do it. Especially a NDB you can't beat them.

Hello,

I don't get it 🙂. If you wish to learn whether the withdrawal will be ok, you have to try it first. Ask the casino, no one else can answer you with certainty, I'd say.

What I was really asking since I noticed that every one says that winning at least 100.00 when cashing out isn't enough to cash out because if the fees they charge. Maybe I just don't understand it all. I have a redeemable amounts of $462 but the most I can ash out is $100.00. so do they deduct $30 fee from $100 or from the $462. If deducted from the 462 I shouldn't have a problem with cashing out the $100. Am I understanding this right or am I way off.

I don’t understand why I can’t register, it says that such a user already exists, although I have never played, apparently I won’t play
