I've tried emailing from another email as well. I tried submitting a complaint here and it was closed for being considered a "cold case"

I see now. I'm sorry we couldn't help anymore. It is due to the fact that the casino wouldn't be able to provide any information to us if the issue is that old, you know.

But are you still able to log in to your account? Do you have any funds in your account?

Well the sportsbook hasn't been addressing any users whether new or old.

No I cannot login, the account is disabled until KYC is complete. However the KYC email doesn't respond to their users.

Not sure how this matter was also related to sports betting, but now that you mention it, how about you try other forums or resolution services focused on betting? I feel that the chances are low but still may be worth a try. We are not the only site trying to help players; perhaps another site will attempt to take action.
