hi, this guys from JACKPOTY do not withdraw my winning. They asked all possible documents and explanation, which i given to them, but they still ask andd ask same question. i have about 10 hours chat where i need to explain same and same situations. I uploaded my passport, a lot of selfie with passport. last 6 bills from my flat, skrill statment, skrill information, my last year statment from my bank( like source of funds, which i given to them more than 10000 eur salary inforamtion in pdf uploaded), aslo they asked SEPARATELY every salary transaction ( which they can see from statment which i uploaded ). And now i again have 2+ hours in chat ... So time wasting with withdraw. I can uploaded all my chat and email messages

That i get video verification after i send about 40 jpg and pdf files, with all possible infrormation, also explaining all this infrormation ( about 12 hours in live chat). Do not play this cacsino, because if you win , you can have same problems.

Well, that sounds too complicated, I would not love it either, on the other hand, I can imagine that the casino staff simply need to be 100% sure that everything is in order and the verification call is a good choice if handled properly.

You can always ask the casino to verify your account before the first deposit to avoid future complications.

yes, first step of verification is passport. And then if you win addational vevrification, more then two weeks, 50 documents and 15 hours in chat. then next is video verification with skype. I wrote then yesterday that i have time today, today then write then thay can not make it today 🙂 time wasting continues 🙂

Making a spontaneous verification call would be a mistake, I'd say. Therefore I can understand that the casino must prepare for this properly. I have no clue what is causing such a tremendous verification process but, I'm sure there must be some reason, sadly casino will not explain sooner that the verification call is done and evaluated, because it would spoil the result.

Radka, it is total impossible for everyone. My english is not good, but i tryied to pass this verification. Last time i speak english at school nine class, it was about 15 years ago, andd now i need to speak to verify my details. Verification was todady at 10:00 utc.
