This casino doesn't pay out withdrawals as it should. On several occasions, I've had to fight with them at least six times to get my withdrawals processed because I changed my address. I had to explain why the address wasn't the same as the one I registered with, which I did immediately after being asked. But even with the information, it continues. They owe me a payment of $900 from last month and another of $1000 from two weeks ago, and it's impossible to speak to anyone, just unanswered messages. I finally got a response after several weeks of requests. They told me they would fix the situation and that it could take 24 hours to release my funds. It's been over a week now! Terrible customer service, terrible withdrawals too!

Hi, if you're having these kinds of problems, I'd recommend filing a complaint. But based on what I saw in the review, it says the casino doesn't respond to complaints, so it's pretty doubtful whether we'll be able to get in touch with them. It’s definitely worth a try, though, and if they don’t resolve it, their safety rating would go down.
