I placed the order via chat, they never gave me an email or a way to do it.
After several requests, and after seeing my insistence, they sent me to a VIP manager, who keeps me tied to the network, through some offers when I ask him to close the account.
I think if the casino ignores your request and keeps encouraging you to play, it's not right. I would say that if they sent you to the VIP manager, he would try to help you, but as I can see, that's not the case.
