Great, I’m glad to hear that. Do you perhaps have any withdrawal history you could share to show that the casino is actually paying players?

There’s always room for a casino to improve, and if they’ve gone through some changes, it’s certainly possible that things have gotten better.🙂

That’s great news. I’m really glad to see that the casino is gradually paying you out.

Judging by the amount you still have there, it may take quite a while before everything is fully withdrawn. But as long as the payments keep coming through step by step, that’s definitely a positive sign.

Hopefully, it continues this way until you receive the full amount.🙂🍀

I had a good experience with Alawin right up until I tried to make a withdrawal. They have a good selection of sports markets and pretty decent odds.

However, the positives end there, and that doesn't count for much when they won't pay out winnings...

First, it took two months to get my account verified. They kept asking for the same documents I had already uploaded, and after a lot of back-and-forth, the very document I’d uploaded on my first attempt was "miraculously" approved after all.

Then they threw up new hurdles to drag out the process. "You have to wager your deposit before you can withdraw"—which was obviously nonsense, as I’d done that three months earlier. They claimed to be having issues with their payment provider but insisted the money was safe—blah, blah, blah.

A manager told me everything was in order and the remaining balance had been transferred. That was a lie; nothing ever arrived in my Revolut account. Eventually, they got fed up and closed my account without further explanation—a final decision that couldn't be appealed.

Stay away; it’s a total scam. Also, watch out for Funbet and similar sister sites; they clearly don't have the funds to pay you

Hey, I’m sorry you’ve run into a situation like this.

I have one important question: are your winnings entirely from sports betting, or did any of them come from casino games as well?

From what you’ve described, this kind of treatment doesn’t sound particularly standard. I’d probably recommend taking the matter further, but whether I’d suggest submitting a complaint with us or going elsewhere depends mainly on whether the issue is related to sports betting.

So please let me know and I’ll point you in the right direction.

I tried to file a complaint here, but it was rejected because it involved sports betting. I didn't mention that casino games were also played there—that’s probably why!

I see it similarly. Two days doesn't seem unusual to me either. I would wait a few days and see if the payout is processed.

In my opinion, I too wouldn’t be concerned over sitting alone for two days. It feels like the main issue here is really what Auctori mentioned when it comes to the whole process, especially with regards to having confirmed that the funds have already been transferred and then having the account shut down after having gone through the lengthy verification process. Let’s hope that things will clear up, as it would be nice to find out if this was an isolated case or if any other players went through a similar experience with Alawin.

Yes, that’s possible. If the issue is with a withdrawal and all of the money you’re trying to withdraw came exclusively from sports betting, then unfortunately our team wouldn’t be able to help with that.

However, if part of the balance comes from casino games or table games, then there may be a possibility that our complaint team can look into it. In that case, make sure you clearly describe how the balance was accumulated and what exactly happened.

Our complaint team will determine whether the case falls within the scope of what we can help with, so the important thing is to follow their guidance once they review the details.
