I am still looking for my two withdrawals which Instasino still did not pay. They keep my withdrawal status pending for 11 (the other 10) consequtive days. When I am contacting the support I only get automated messages back which I have received before stating that I should wait some more. In their terms and conditions it says that they need 2 banking days in order to process the withdrawal request. Can I have your assistance on this matter?

I got an explanation from the vip manager after repeatedly messaging yesterday. He said that I should divide my 5000 EUR withdrawal into two seperate 2500 EUR withdrawals and that it would appear this morning into my account latest. This has ofcourse not happened with this casino..... its pretty unethical at this point. The other withdrawal of approximately 3800 should not have been changed according to him, so I have left that one pending aswell.
I will file a complaint. Yes this is my first withdrawal with the casino.

I have done what the vip manager told me so. But there is a second withdrawal which is dated 21-11-2025, is also 11 days old. No payments have been settled in my account.

I started playing today and I lost €2000 on roulette.
And I say "exactly the same" because the roulette wheels are rigged and cheated.
I play American roulette which has a single zero and a double zero.
In 5% bets they haven't come up even once, meaning that in approximately 400 spins they haven't come up. Is this normal?
I always play roulette from the provider called Evolution, and there's just no way to win anything. I only lose and lose. The other day at the Casea casino (I already posted a review of this casino) it was the same thing... 400 spins and neither 0 nor 00 came up.
Then I played at another casino called Greenluck and the same thing happened.

You have to bet those €90 x40 times....that means you have to bet €3,600 to be able to withdraw and you can only bet a maximum of €5.
Is there anyone who plays and bets a maximum of €5 and can win up to €3600? It's just impossible.
This is called a SCAM, so all casinos that use Evolution as a provider are scammers and they know it very well.
I have already closed all these casinos (Casea, Greenluck, Instasino, and some more) so as not to play and therefore not lose any more money.

6. Beware of this casino, they are scammers. The games keep cutting out while you're betting and playing on the app, which is a mess because you lose track of which numbers you're betting on and you make mistakes.
I'm referring to American roulette.
Saying that in €1500 and betting €5 on zero
(0) and another 5 euros to the double zero (00) have not appeared even once, neither of these numbers.
It's very clear that they're completely fake.
It just so happens that I stopped betting on a single play and look where the 0 came up.
