Although a Google search for this link shows a result indicating that this casino was once reviewed by Casino Guru, clicking on it opens the Casino Guru homepage, but there's no evidence of that.
I have a problem with this particular casino regarding payouts and have filed a complaint here today.
Yes, that means the casino is in our system and on the website, but not every player can see it due to regulations. So a VPN is apparently a tool that can help you see it.
But since you were able to create a complaint normally, it shouldn’t be a problem, since that’s the main thing you want to resolve.
Could you at least describe the situation a little bit, what’s going on with the withdrawals?
I registered at this casino. Before I could even make a deposit, I was asked to verify my identity. I verified it with my ID card, a selfie, and proof of address. This allowed me to make a deposit. After my third deposit, I won something and wanted to withdraw. The casino's website only required me to upload my ID card for verification. I did so. Then the document was listed as "Under Review" for four days, and nothing happened. The chat support kept telling me it would be resolved within three days, and emails were the same. After threatening to file a complaint on Casino Guru and writing today that I had submitted one, things finally started moving. Suddenly, my money was refunded to my account, and this time they asked for many more documents. I uploaded these as well. Now we'll see if the casino actually pays or if this is just a delaying tactic. I want the complaint to be published and addressed so we can put pressure on the casino.
And a question regarding VPNs. Which country would be suitable? I have Switzerland, Finland, Germany, France, the USA, and the UK to choose from. I would really appreciate seeing this review.
Thanks for explaining the situation. We'll see what happens and how things go from here. Be sure to let me know if you have any updates. I hope the verification goes smoothly.
As for the VPN, I tried a few, but I couldn't get them to work, so I'll look into it and let you know.
Yes, you can still submit a complaint even if the casino isn't listed in our database.
When filling out the complaint form, simply select the option "I don't know the casino" or choose some other casino. Then, in the description of your complaint, mention the name of the casino you're having issues with and provide all the relevant details about your case.
Our complaint team will then review your submission and let you know if there's anything else they need from you.
I hope this helps.

They sent me $10 to "try" the games, and I made some good wins on ONE game - to the tune of $1458.78.
I have some screen shots here, of their "licence" and of the failed withdrawal. I am curious to know if this site is a scam, as I don't see it in your database, and it seems to have been around since 2018 according to the "about us" section in that casino. I am pretty sure they are a scam - they want $100 deposited before I can withdraw. They claim that this is the amount necessary due to being a "decentralized" casino.
