For 3 days already I'm trying to contact icecasino support through email, they don't respond.
My KYC is verified and completed and when I press on withdraw button I'm getting an error "Your ability to create transactions is blocked" Please contact customer support.
Why I'm getting this error?
How can I contact them when they don't even answer me?
Hey, this isn't exactly user-friendly when this happens. If you try to contact them and nothing happens and no one responds, I'd try the live chat to explain that you're having this problem and that you've sent messages but haven't heard back. Have you tried that?
