Hello, I am in the process of opening a crypto casino and sports book, we are 99% ready; it will be 100% kyc free and available worldwide.

We have almost all the popular providers (pragmatic, evolution, betsoft, etc.) and we are looking for feedback from the community before going live.

The name of the site is: Betcrypto.cr, if you open an account and have any feedback for us, we would really appreciate it.

Use a VPN if you are from the USA because some casino providers don't display the game to USA ips

(PLS DONT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY )

Hi. Pleasing players is a simple thing to do, all you have to offer is quick payouts (below 24 hours), flexible deposit and withdrawals terms (maybe a 1x or 2x on clean deposits to be able to withdraw), REAL no KYC or QUICK KYC and support taking an active role in solving problems as soon as the player encounters them. In my experience, when a casino says they don't require KYC is true to certain extent, KYC ends up being enforced after certain cumulative withdrawals amount is reached, if you do ask users for KYC in any later stage, please don't say you don't enforce KYC: it's annoying, it's better if you enforce player verification but it has to be quick (possibly under 48 hours). Also, bonuses without wagering requirements would be nice, free spins without requirements certain day of the week upon a deposit or cashback, not necessary tho, just a plus, a casino can be good even if it doesn't offer bonuses. Just have in mind that the most important thing about a casino is withdrawal, there are a couple of casinos that complete withdrawals almost instantly (below 5-10 minutes) and we are getting used to it, personally the only reason why I use other casinos besides that one that pays me nearly instantly is because of no wagering bonuses (mostly free spins), besides that I have no other reasons, so: to attract users just do the things mentioned before, not easy, but also not impossible.

Hi we are sorry but,

According to our Terms and Conditions (https://www.betcrypto.cr/terms-and-conditions/), point 16, you are not allowed to have multiple accounts.

We have all the evidence that he opened 1 additional account. Additionally, with the second account, he was able to withdraw all of his initial deposits.

Reason: Made the link passive.

We always pay the winners we are a fair casino, but you broke the most important rule, it is even in bold and red.

Hi. I will pass the information about opening your casino to our data team now, so they can have a look at it. I just made the link passive for now, for a simple reason, that we are not sure yet how safe the casino is. As soon as the full review is prepared, the full review will be able on our site to everyone.

OK, I have to repost this as I'm being stonewalled by this casino.

To set the scene, I found this casino from here and from the owners reddit posts. I created an account last year and had some fun. I started losing in December and decided to close my account. Roll around March this year, I get the urge to have another go. I check the website and my account is gone - which makes sense. I create a new account, deposit and start to play. This was my one and only mistake...

I never use welcome bonuses, I prefer to play only with raw deposits for context.

Well, I had the week of my life. I put in around 4500eur, and in the end I got 2 max wins on different hacksaws and my balance peaked at 35000EUR. I have linked an image of this below. My first withdraws went OK, but this casino still has withdraw limits of 5000 a week, so I was stuck after my first 2 withdraws.

Late last night, my heart falls out my chest - an email from BetCrypto. "Your Account has been terminated". This must be a mistake? But no, they've closed my account and are forfeiting all my funds due to multiaccounting. I tried talking to the owner, but his final say is that "it has been determined that you have disregarded this rule by maintaining multiple accounts on our platform", and that "However, it is essential for us to uphold the integrity of our platform and ensure a fair gaming environment for all our users. The rule regarding the prohibition of multiple accounts is in place to safeguard the fairness and transparency of our services.".

I've only ever had one open account with this site, and I never used any wagering or bonuses - I am a completely fair cash only player. I feel like this is a classic case of a casino using whatever fine print it can to get out of paying out a big win. The sickening thing about this is that the wins were probably the luckiest things that have ever happened to me, and I was planning to pay off all my gambling debt with this.

I'm only posting here as I have exhausted all options with the casino owner - obviously he does not want to pay me out. I post this here because I want it on the record - I trusted this casino and now I feel like I have been betrayed. I'm being treated like a cheat when all I ever was, was honest.

I didn't even want to make this post, I hoped that I would be able to clear things up with the owner, as he seemed reasonable.

Their closure: file

I've never cheated a day in my life, I'm just being punished for winning at this stage.

We are sorry, but our Terms and conditions are clear, ONE ACCOUNT PER PLAYER.

We want to point out with your second account, you were able to withdraw all your initial deposits + profits.

Furthermore, we have all the evidence you opened this second account and that's not allow , take into consideration we are not the only online casino with this rule so it is nothing new in this industry .

It's pretty clear that you've operated in bad faith here, allowing everything up until a big win comes through, then pulling the rug out from under the player.

It's classic shady casino stuff and I'm disappointed that you've turned out this way.

You opened multiple accounts we are sorry, but it is really clear on our terms and conditions also you were able to withdraw 9000 EUROS that's more than the account lifetime deposits

And you have confiscated in excess of 26,000 Euros that were fairly won on slots. Really disappointing.

You won on your second account, that's not fair to the other players who follow the rules they are only allowed to have one account

And I was only using one account, as I had disabled my other account last year. I have already stated that was my mistake, but is it a 26,000 euro mistake? I don't think its a good look at all.

Hi, I've read the whole conversation and it's a difficult situation you've gotten yourself into. I'd say you're not the first person this has happened to, and I'd always check with support. Have you also tried asking if it's possible to reopen an old account that you closed ? Did you need to verify with the casino or not ? I read the previous posts, which are old and it says that the casino doesn't need KYC, so that's why I'm asking.

Anyway, I also saw that you filed a complaint about this whole thing, so we'll see if our team can help you out. I firmly believe they will, and everything will turn out fairly.

In the meantime, we will have to be patient. I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for replying Jaro. I'm kicking myself because my one mistake was not contacting the casino to reopen my old account.

When I opened my new account, made deposits and withdrawals, everything was fine. Right up until I got my 2 max wins, then suddenly I'm locked out because now I've won.

I've been honest every step of the way, so I've been left feeling pretty powerless in all this.

Hopefully things do get resolved, 26,000 euros is life changing for me.

I understand that it is not the smallest amount, but I firmly believe that somehow you will be able to handle it and our team will be able to help. But I won't make any promises and if it turns out anyhow, you'll be happy or you'll learn your lesson. I hope it will be the first case. 👍☘️

I hope so too - I've only been open, polite and courteous with the Casino owner, so I really do hope that he will do the right thing and exercise discretion. Outside this experience, I would've wholeheartedly recommended this casino too!

Jaro

Hi Jaro yes it was possible to reopen his original account, just needed to send an email to customer service this player also even had the owner's email.

Our casino don't do KYC that's why we have the NO multiple account rule.

We can share the evidence with the casino guru staff, also he is not denying having another account, so far we have proof of just one extra account.

That's against our T&C

Of course, I'm not going to lie. This whole time, I am acting in good faith.

I don't want to say anything negative of your casino, as I found both you and your platform to be good.

But of course, this experience feels pretty bad, so it will be good to get some community input.
