Add Highway casino to another one in this group that pulls the same crap.

For a win of around $2000 they are paying $400 a week at the moment and I am going to guess that it'll probably just keep going down.

Wish I'd seen all this before playing there.

"Please kindly note that the amount of cashout may be split into smaller parts depending on the Player Class"

There is no indication anywhere about what player class is so I'm guessing that means "Anyone who wins".

Perhaps it is a tactic to make the player lose as much money as possible in a certain period of time. It would not be the first time this has happened. However, as long as it is written in the Terms, it is difficult to do anything about it.

We take such things into account in our review and penalize them with a lower safety index.

I wouldn't be surprised if, for example, 50k had to be in smaller amounts, but if there was a withdrawal of, say, 1000 in smaller amounts, that probably says it all.

So I'm more on your side.

If you have a problem with the casino not paying you, you can contact us and file a complaint. Just hang in there and definitely don't gamble with your money.

That's the thing, I'm pretty sure a term that is "We will only pay you as much or as little as we feel like" is not a valid term, even if it IS in their T&C's which I doubt. And even if it WERE you say "it is difficult to do anything about it" - Maybe you could adjust their reviews to not show that they pay $2500 a week when they don't!

Here here, agreed. Makes me question the validity of all the stats here.

I would say that if they can't meet their own limits, then it's definitely not player-friendly. Apparently, this limit that we have listed was or maybe still is somewhere in the Terms, but if it's adjusted according to the player, then there's probably no limit to set, as it would be different for each player.

In any case, dividing 2000 into several installments is quite sad. I saw the casino's Safety Index, and to be honest, I'm not surprised.

Have they paid you at least some of it yet?
