If you want to discuss anything related to Highway Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
My experience with Highway Casino was not very good. I had been playing for a number of months and deposited a good amount of money. My first cash withdrawal was this month after my identification was complete I put in a withdrawal of $2000. This is the most than can be done at one time. I do not us bitcoin some I opted for a wire transfer. I sent my bank information twice. Customer service is very polite and very good at helping people. I did use bonuses when I made my deposits and I knew that there would be a certain amount taken out of my winnings. However when I finally received my winnings I received less than 20% also I knew my bank would take out a foreign transaction fee. So what I got was $385.00. This casino does give a lot of bonuses after a couple of deposit are made. But I never asked for any and if I had known that they would take so much out of my winnings I would have opted out of them. I have closed my account and this is a lesson learned.
Hello LauraP69,
thank you for sharing.
I would call that a cold shower.
I wonder, did they inform you about how much you will get (in total) in the end?
After 5 business days, which was what they said would happen, was that my withdrawal was approved. Then I
received a email that it was going to be $400. No details as to why so much was taken out other than my status as a customer. I can not understand all there rules and regulations they have on their website. If you can I applaud you. I just know I did everything they requested and this was the payout. I have closed my account and will never go there again.
It comes to my mind whether you claimed any bonus there? If yes, it could apply the maximum cash-out limit to the withdrawal. It is pretty common. However, I'm just guessing now.
Anyway, when you find some casino you'll like, please, share with us too.
Even considering all fees including the wire transfer and bank transfers, you could NEVER lose $1600 on it. You should submit a complaint regarding it. The casino has a good reputation and this should never happen in a casino with such a good rating.
I have requested that my account to be closed. I know that you may think they will change their minds but they use kyc to verify all the transactions. The Finance department informed me that I could put in for another withdrawal but it would have to be verified all over again. And more than likely it would be rejected. So as I said before I did use bonuses on all of my bets and I am sure there is a stipulation on one of them that has a max amount that can be withdrawn. Anyway it is a lesson for the learning and I have learned that after being burned three times on different online casinos I will save my money for real casinos. Thank-you for responding.
Hello,
I see your point. It would be just a waste of your time. Thank you for sharing and best of luck in "brick & mortar" casinos.
Thank-you for listening. I have decided that online casinos are expensive to play with very little in return. I know they are games for entertainment purposes only and they have proven that for me. Maybe I will play online again in the future as for now I will just stay with local gambling places.
Where I live there are a number of casinos to attend. At one time the casinos were only allowed on the river...but now they are inland. I have been to the ones in my area and have won around a few hundred. But I do not drive as much as I use to and so I have been playing online. But in light of these online casinos that take much more than they give...I believe I will just stay away and find me a new hobby. Thanks for listening.
Oh, I see you live in Indiana? Regarding the casinos on the river - I recently watched 4 seasons of the TV series Ozark. There were only casinos on the river. I never understood why they did it. What's the reason for it? It is like: When you're on the river, the law doesn't apply to you?
Apparently that is true the river is bordered by Ohio and Kentucky and both those states at that time allowed gambling. Indiana did not allow gambling of any kind. Now we have a state lottery, horseracing and recently the state laws have changed and allowed sports betting. So far we are can't gamble online at casinos like those in New Jersey and Pennsylvania also New York. Indiana lawmakers believed that people in Indiana did not gamble...however when they saw a lot of money going to all our bordering states they changed their minds.
That's because this state loves to have a huge rainy day fund. Right now they have accumulated so much that the taxpayers will be getting a rebate of $125 along with their state tax refund. But I assume this rainy day account will remain in the billions.
Do you need help struggling in the casino, perhaps?
Or is this more or less a general comment? Well, if you need help, consider submitting a complaint.
Hello Radka,
I submitted all documents more than week ago and still not verified... I had balance of 2500$ which there is no possibilities for withdrawal, contacted support many times and always same answer, it takes 2/5 business days for approval, but as I can see they are doing this intensely that way people loss patience and gamble away their winnings.
I have closed my account with them immediately,
Oh, I see.
Sadly we allow casinos 14 full days to review the profile, complete the KYC, run all checks and pay out the winnings.
I guess your experience supports the bad user rating the casino currently has. 🙁
What about your balance, if I may ask?
