there’s nothing even to discuss or understand....after the KYC check (where they asked me for a foreign passport instead of my usual one), they brazenly blocked the account and took my deposit....the account was in the red! I deposited more than I withdrew!
the casino didn’t even explain the reason.... just support wrote that their risk group decided to permanently block the account and seize the funds...
тут даже нечего обсуждать или разбираться....после проверки KYC (где у меня потребовали вместо моего обычного паспорта, только заграничный) в наглую заблокировали аккаунт и забрали мой депозит....аккаунт был в минусе! я внес депозита больше чем вывел!
казино даже не обьяснила причину.... просто поддержка написала что их группа по рискам решила навсегда заблокировать счет и наложить арест на средства...

The point in these complaints is if the money still doesn’t come back to me...just wasting my time....I expressed the result of my experience with this SCAM casino and I think that smart people will think about it...they took my money without any reason, They didn’t even bother to write what rule I might have broken...they just decided to close the account!!
demanding a foreign passport is a separate type of cynicism!! don't accept a driver's license...is this an adequate casino?

смысл в этих жалобах, если мне деньги все равно не вернутся...только время свое тратить....я высказал результат своего опыта с этим СКАМ казино и думаю что умные люди задумаются....они без всякого основания забрали мои деньги, даже не удосужились написать какое я правило мог нарушить...просто решили закрыть аккаунт!!
требовать заграничный паспорт это отдельный вид цинизма!! не принимать водительское удостоверение....разве этого адекватное казино?
я бы на все глаза закрыл, если бы они деньги отдавали....

Everyone can form their own opinion after reading your posts, but it is always better if this issue is explained and made clear to see what actually happened.
I believe that no casino would close the account of a player without any reason, and our complaint team would try to find that out if you decide to file a complaint.
I do not completely understand what they mean by "foreign passport," though.🤔 Could you maybe try to ask them? I believe that what they meant was an ordinary passport from your country, really.

Please check out with them if they meant that it needed to be in English. Because if it is only in your language, it will make sense to me why they asked for an international one. You can always have it translated, if there is no other alternative document you can provide.

Okay, so if you've been accused of using a VPN and you say you haven't used one, then I'd recommend registering a complaint with us. Our team would try to find out what's going on and help if we can. VPN is not allowed either from what I've seen, so I'm curious how this would eventually be resolved if you're of the opposite opinion.
