i did make withdrawal request from 10 hours until now nothing happen ! every time i do ask them they say financial department must send you email ! i did sent all decoument the need !! but no answer !! tehy are relly too slow that is relly bad

I had a small problem with KYC: my document was automatically rejected by the system because of the quality of the photos. But I managed to solve it with a professional camera, the help of some lamps and an enhancement filter. Now I'll wait to see how long it takes to pick it up.
