I am having issues with withdrawing my money from Grand Rush casino. I have made deposits with Bitcoin and with my debit cards and they always do a reverse transfer. They never give me a explanation of why or what I need to do

Here is all they said and they still want answer why the withdrawals were reversedfile

Withdrawal problems happen more often on sites like this. But patience might overcome them as long as they are legit.

Ok, I was hoping for a more helpful operator. Anyway, let's see if the casino will be able to communicate with the complaint team.

I hope they will.

Hello there,

can you elaborate a bit?

Has the casino explained what has happened? We may even try to help, so let us know what seems to be the issue, please.

I deposited and got a deposit bonus at grand rush casino. Played through the wagering requirements. Requested a withdrawal of 470.00. A few weeks ago. After the first 4 or 5 days without hearing from them. I tried to log on and have been blocked from my account. It takes them at least 4 or 5 days to respond to an email. I have provided them with everything they have asked for. Sent them a selfie hilding my id 3 times. Now they ask me to send the selfie again and to have my id verified by my local authorities?? Wth is that. I dont want to go to the police station. They just dont want to pay me.

Hi there,

it seems the casino is not satisfied with the documents or selfies provided. It's inconvenient, but online casinos must rely on provided proof since they lack the opportunity to meet you "face to face".

Do you have any idea what should be worn with your ID? Do you have any other document that can serve as additional proof of identity?

You know, passing the KYC is inevitable, so I would try to cooperate.

What is the Ky C? my ID photo is about 10 years old blc I renewed Online the last time it was about to expire. But you can tell it is me. How do you verifur . your ID ? I feel like they are just giving me the run around because of how slow then responses are and that I have provided them with everything they've asked for and blc why else would thap have suspended my account. I didn't do anything wrong.Just request a passout..

Actually that sounds quite odd to me. I haven't heard about cases where you would need to verify your ID with someone else than a casino. Yes, there are cases where the casino requests for example a birth certificate, driver's license or passport (if you have it). I believe that's what they could do in this case.

No way this casino is a scam a joke. in 2022 I won without using any bonus . Verified my account, was told my withdrawal was approved and i'd receive it in 48 hours. Next day went to log in and check, they closed my account when I reached out to chat they said they confiscated my winnings under @ reservation of right" complete bulls*** . They returned my deposit, and never responded when I opened up a case with casino Guru passive regulator . Screw this casino

I am really sorry about your experience. If a casino is not willing to cooperate with us, there is nothing much to do to resolve the issue.

Have you found some better casinos to play at? I hope that you have.

They don't have a license how are they legally operating?

Good question, not so cool answer, I'd say...

Since this casino operates without a license, it is, in my opinion, operating somewhat lawfully. The mechanism is, in my opinion, fairly clear-cut. Some casinos simply cut costs on the license, taking a chance that official game providers will not give them proper recognition. As you are aware, online casinos function similarly to other businesses in the online space. Moreover, there is no single law enforcement agency that regularly checks all business websites to verify that all casinos hold valid licenses. Let us say that while a license is a nice-to-have, players should always take it into account when checking out a new casino. In rare circumstances, the casino might also forfeit its license and continue to run without one. Once more, the entire internet is not governed by a single global board. However, depending on the permitted nations, these sites undoubtedly violate some local laws. Generally, it is the players' responsibility to think about potential hazards. This is the role of websites such as Casino Guru. Although certain unlicensed casinos may offer better player treatment than fully licensed casinos, our goal remains to present the most comprehensive information possible, including license information. An unlicensed casino, for example, is not going to rank at the top because we view the license being missing as a complicating factor.

Okay, here's another question Radka.

What if the casino claims to be licensed but there is no validation on the license providers website confirming and active license? what if the logo on the casinos website is only an image, and it's not clickable-no link to show certificate validation? What if the casino of which I speak refuses to provide the correct link address or license credentials to verify license is active?
