I just was wondering if there's anyone who has experienced a positive withdrawal from Grand Fortune casino? I recently won about $7000 last week, and have sent in all my documents for verification and have been approved. It's only been a couple of days since everything was submitted, but was hoping to hear if there are any players with positive withdrawal experiences with them. The reviews I read thus far, arent hopeful in the least...and I'm extremely nervous about getting my payout as promised. Thanks!

The casino is a part of a very large group of casinos. You can read more about all the complaints submitted against them here https://casino.guru/Grand-Fortune-Casino-review#tab=js-tab-reputation

It's been really a very short time since you requested the withdrawal so just give it some time. Especially considering you're from the US, some withdrawals to the US can take even 2 weeks, but it shouldn't take longer to be honest.

Fingers crossed!

I am Japanese. It said that you could play from Japan, so I registered from here and received a free bonus of $35. I also completed the wagering requirements and deposited $10. I followed the instructions in the chat to authenticate KYC, and when I tried to make a withdrawal, the chat suddenly informed me that it was not available in my area. The chat was cut off and I was unable to withdraw money. Confirmed to be a scam site. Everyone please be careful

Hello there!

I'd say this is just the beginning, though. We offer a free feature to players in similar situations, and I urge you to take the chance. If that casino restricted you from withdrawing mainly due to your country of origin, they made the mistake of allowing you to create an account, take a bonus, and play.

Just a further question, did you use Japan as your country of residence when you created the account?

If the answer is "yes", then do not waste any time and submit a complaint for free.

What do you think about it?

yes. It's definitely Japan! My address is in Japan, and my driver's license and My Number card are both Japanese nationals and have been KYC-certified. The chat was also translated into Japanese and worked as instructed. However, when I talked about withdrawing money, I was told that the service was not available in my area, so I closed the chat and was unable to enter the chat from there. I felt like a fool because I couldn't understand the language. very sad

I think this is a misunderstanding. 🙂 I'm sure your documents are all from Japan, I just asked whether this country is available in the casino's registration form, where you must state your full address plus your country of origin. That was all.

And I also say you should submit the complaint; the more I'm thinking about it, the more I'm convinced there was a mistake.

I clearly understand from the screenshot that you registered from a banned country. However, was it possible to select this country in the registration form ?

Anyway, I think the best thing to do would be to file a complaint at the link Radka provided above. This will be the most sensible thing to do, as our team will try to look into your case and help you. Are you up for it ?
