For me, the photo is proof that you are wrong, not the casino.

Or the five at the bottom just walked in during the last game. That's bad luck, or simply "no luck".

A visual glitch in a regulated online casino game is a technical issue, not a feeling. The screenshot is taken from a video recording and documents that glitch. Whether or not the system later records an outcome does not change the fact that the game visibly malfunctioned during play.

Evidence does not become irrelevant simply because it is inconvenient.

They want to make your life unjustifiably complicated because they can get away with it. The majority of people who work in the "security and finance" departments are inexperienced and unqualified.

Sending them proof should be sufficient. I’m sorry you’re going through that. If the amount is an important one, sending them what they want is your only choice.
