Hello, I have requested a withdrawal of 1000 euros since August 1st, the withdrawal is still not processed while on the site it is mentioned that the withdrawal must not exceed 48 hours,

please help me, because this casino does not seem to be serious and drags things out on purpose in order not to pay the winnings file

Hi, have you communicated with the casino about where the problem is when they say withdrawals should not exceed 48 hours ? Has your account been fully verified yet ? Additionally, was this your first withdrawal ?

Anyway, have you seen the safety index of this casino on our website ? I would probably think twice about depositing in this casino, as it has quite a few "red flags".

However, If you have been waiting for more than 2 weeks, I would recommend you to file a complaint with us. Just click on this link: https://casino.guru/complaints

We will try to look into your situation and try to resolve it.

Do you think it's worth it?

Hi, I see that you are not the only one who has a similar problem and according to your complaint the casino did not even respond, which is not surprising as its saftey index is very low and it did not respond to many other complaints. I'm sorry we couldn't help more, but if the casino is not interested, it's almost impossible.

However, if you managed to contact the casino and get a response from them within the scope of your withdrawal, would it be possible to let us know ?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you have the same situation, but it looks like the casino doesn't want to do much about it yet. If you find out any new information could you update us ?

Hi, I’ve mad a withdrawal of £300 on goldenlion.bet and it’s 21 days since and I haven’t been paid until now. It’s this a legitimate site? How can I take legal action against them? Thank you, Daniel

Hi, I've moved your post to the casino you're talking about. I'm sorry for the situation you got into, because when I looked at the casino's safety index, it's clear why you're having problems. Did you try to check some information about the casino before you came here to play? For example, user reviews or complaints. I would always recommend this, as it reflects the experience of the players. As for complaints, I found that the casino hasn't responded to any so far, which doesn't surprise me, but on the other hand it doesn't please me either. I would recommend that you file a complaint as well, but I would not expect a positive result. If you think it's a good idea to at least give it a try, here's a link: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

As for legal action, I'm not sure what I would recommend since the casino doesn't have a license and it's not possible to contact the authorities. If there was another way, I probably wouldn't hesitate, although I don't know what the outcome would be.

However, have you tried contacting the casino about the withdrawal ?

You are like them, crooks like this evil casino, you pretend to help people, but you help no one. Why don't you report it to the authorities, that way they close the site altogether, but you let them act with impunity

You are wrong.... They helped me in the past in many cases. They have 0.9/10 to this casino what exactly you expect to do?

If we were like them, as you mention, we probably wouldn't be trying to help you with the complaint you started. I know it must be difficult and stressful when a similar situation arises, but if the casino has no will to respond and resolve the problem, there is not much we can do about it. The casino has received black points and its safety index has been reduced, which I understand is sometimes insufficient, but we can't bring the money back with a wave of a magic wand.

Anyway, I would also add that the casino has a safety index of 0.9 and many red flags, so I don't really understand why you came here to play. I think it's a good idea to do a little research before depositing in a casino.

As far as authority is concerned, the casino is not licensed, so what authority we should report them to I have no idea.

Once again, I sympathise with you, but unfortunately we have not been able to do more. I would be happy if the casino would try to resolve their complaints and you could reopen your complaint, but I don't know if that will be the case in the near future.

Therefore, I would recommend that you be extra careful with your choice of casino and try to gather as much information as possible before you play. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you will not get into a similar situation again.

0.9 is generous for a group of Nigerian scammers even Skrill has blacklisted.

Hello All,

I think Enough is Enough here.

What can we do. They do not pay out. I actually got some payouts from them and they were quite quick, but I think this is just a ploy to get you to deposit more money. Now I have over £16k with them, which are winnings that I can not shift.

How can this be resolved? Is there any law enforcements that can put pressure on them. Or follow the money? As they are obtaining payments some how if they can be blocked?

I have even tried to reach out to their suppliers i.e. the ones offering gaming solutions to them. As they must have a "legit" business base otherwise they wouldnt be able to obtain these games on their website.

Need help and support. Honestly at this point I would even enter the dark web to get them hacked.

Hi there!

The best you can do is to help us inform, especially UK-based players, to prevent them from playing in such casinos very far from UKGC reach.

To be honest, there is not much to do. The worst option is an offshore casino that is totally unlicensed and has a Security Index of 0.9 out of 10.

I would strongly advise you against your intriguing idea, though. I'm sorry.

Could you confirm where their parent company is listed?

I respect you state just to inform people. However, surely Police Forces, card companies, payment companies or the companies allowing GoldenLion Bet to use their games have a responsibility. What I have read on other forums is that this is pushing people to the brink.

This is the case the money needs to be followed as they must have a legit registered business. Unless there is corruption somewhere.
