Hello, I wanted to withdraw my money and had to upload all my documents, which I did. Then they told me I had to upload a bank statement where they could see my name, address and account number. I did that and every time the withdrawal is rejected. In the chat they keep telling me I have to upload my bank details with my name and address. Which I have done 100 times. I don't know how to proceed. Regards

And no, there were no problems with the casino or anything else. It was just about a bonus offer when I contacted customer service, but they were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. And what kind of withdrawal symptoms am I supposed to have?
