Looking at the number and nature of complaints, it's hard to see why this casino has such a high rating.
I filed a complaint with Gohog because of their complete fraudulent behavior, but Gohog got fed up and refunded my money, and the status was changed to "resolved." However, I am astonished that such a casino is still operating without resolving the fundamental issues.

Honestly, I'd say you have quite answered your own question. So far there have been only 4 complaints ever submitted, including your attempt, which you practically canceled by accepting the casino offer. Here comes the only one solved, by the way.
Without you, the players giving the complaint team enough time to investigate the fraudulent behavior, not much will change. Moreover, take that from the casino's side - why would they "bother" with changing anything if you agreed with the refund?

No, from the beginning I had no intention of "compromising" by offering a refund, and I made that intention explicitly stated in the complaint section.
Originally, gohog said that "solid evidence of advantage play is already in place," but it was never presented until the end.
I asked for an extension of the claim period and waited for evidence of thorough advantage play (i.e. proof that I was at fault in the matter), but gohog got fed up and refunded the money, and the matter was simply considered "resolved" in Casino Guru's system.
In other words, I put in a lot of time and effort before I was finally able to withdraw my money, which was my right. So what happens if you don't consult a third party like me?
Again, I am asking for an extension of time to make a claim. I am not asking for more money. I am asking for the casino to either admit they tried to take my funds without proof, or provide proof of advantage play.

What I look for in a casino is one of two options:
- Evidence that I played advantage.
- He admitted that he couldn't prove any advantage play, but made up a story in order to confiscate his balance.

I understand your point here, but as I said before, unfortunately, now we are not able to do anything. As soon as your complaint was marked as resolved because you got your money, which you confirmed, there is nothing more we could investigate here.
We are not able to provide you any evidence from the casino, and only the casino could send it to you as it is confidential.
So, the only way here, as I believe, is that the casino has to be willing to communicate with you regarding all this. Our hands are tied here.
