Scam website! Don't deposit here, so everyone is aware. I have been waiting one month for the verification of my account + my withdrawal. After sending multiple documents, the last thing I was asked was bank statements of the previous 3 months, showing every movement. Even though it was a clear violation of my privacy, I still sent those documents. And now, they have decided to close my account with no explanation, and without being able to withdraw my money. Chat isn't giving me an answer, emails aren't getting responded, this is a scam website and it should have negative rating on casinoguru. I will make a complaint now, but so everyone is aware, don't deposit here! You will not get paid and your money will be lost
Hello
This suggests that the casino has identified some violations of its terms, resulting in the closure of the account and the voiding of any winnings. I am not implying that you did anything wrong; however, this situation aligns with the scenario described.
For now, it would be best to cooperate with Tomas regarding the complaint. Once we identify any clues about what happened, there will hopefully be a chance to find a solution.
Did the casino perhaps discuss anything unusual with you? Asked you non-common questions?
Just for you to know, a transaction list no older than 3 months is not a privacy violation; it's common, but if you feel that way, I suggest you start using a separate wallet for gambling transactions only. This could potentially enhance your sense of security.
Well, I don't understand how I could have breached the terms, considering that I sent the last documents they asked me for, those bank statements, and then, when I checked whether they had verified the account or not, I found the account suspended.
Pues no concibo cómo puedo haber incumplido los términos, teniendo en cuenta que envié los últimos documentos que me pidieron, esos extractos bancarios, y ya después, al comprobar si habían verificado la cuenta o no, me encontré con la cuenta suspendida
I didn't say you did, but it appears the casino may perhaps think otherwise. I'm just trying to figure out what could possibly happen to help find a way out of this.
I was wondering if your account has been fully verified yet, though. Another possibility is that the closure is only temporary, and the account will reopen once the verification or check is complete.
What do you think? Is your account still under review?
Well, considering that from your side, it looks very unfair.
Though I would not consider Index 7,3 with the mark "Fresh" to be the same as good.
("However, being a new casino, it may still be premature to fully assess its safety. Therefore, we have categorized it as a Fresh online casino for the time being.")
From my experiences, casinos react like this if they want to finalize an account investigation, often associated with payment activity. Perhaps the process has not been finished yet; hence, the account remains closed.
Still, one would expect at least an email providing a decent explanation or comment.
Or, and I'm not saying it is about you, they take it harshly if the person does not pass the KYC or security check, which almost always results in citing a very popular rule about fraudulent actions or abuse.
However, in your case, I believe some explanation is necessary, and I completely understand how dissatisfied you are with the casino's approach.
What they're telling me now is that the terms I've violated relate to sending false documents. I haven't done that. I've played at more than 50 casinos, many of them new, others with very low Casinoguru ratings, and they've always paid me by sending the same documents I've sent them. They've never given me any trouble, as they're real documents that I download from my bank's app.
Lo que ahora me están diciendo es que los términos que he incumplido se refieren a enviar documentos falsos. Yo no he hecho eso.
Oh, fake documents? We will definitely investigate such matters during the complaint process.
Let's see what the casino has to say to my colleagues about that. It is not over yet, and I understand it must be annoying.
