Hello, I saw your unsolved complaint. Unfortunately such a possibility is out of the question. It is not possible for someone else to log in under your details, as this would only cause problems for the casino. 

Anyway, I would never come back to this casino after seeing how much money they have not paid out. It also doesn't have a license so there's not much to turn to which makes it even sadder.

You should take lessons from this situation and hopefully it won't happen again.😕
