At there website my ID,adress and bankstatement where accepted. It stays nothing about salary by verify. In not any casino.
Hello MarcelDD,
different casinos approach the verification differently. In order to get your withdrawal, you must be verified first, so I guess that it's pointless to waste energy on your different experiences with other casinos, you should focus on this verification now. Are there any issues stopping you from providing these documents?
If not, I guess you should cooperate with the casino at the moment. The KYC is inevitable.
Let me know how it goes.
Of course I don,t want to give my salary documents. This have nothing to do with my verification what they already have, my ID,adress and bankstatement. Why they want to know what my salary is by a online casino for a withdraw that is very strange. When I Google and look for reviews about this terrible casino, you see only bad reviews and they don,t pay out. Now I understand. If I go make a account at a casino I always look at the verification. If it stays ,they want salary documents for verificiation, of course I never play there then. But it also don,t stays at the website.
Hello,
these "salary documents" declare that you deposited money that belonged to you so that you played with your funds. I believe it's a part of some sort of anti-fraudulent check. I also believe that the casino will be able to inform you about the specific condition that allows the casino to ask for such confirmation.
Ask the casino about the purpose and the associated rule, but it does not change that you have to pass the KYC in order to get paid.
I still think that you should cooperate, it is in your best interest.
