There are no violations on the part of the bookmaker. The payment discipline is at the highest level.

I made a deposit with crypto on GGbet, and now it's almost 24 hours and I still didn't see the amount on my balance. On the other hand, the amount is gone from my crypto wallet and all approvals on my end are done. The answer of the GGbet support first was within 1 hour it will be done, now day say 96 hours (4 days) for crypto transactions???? The most interesting part is that they cannot show me this so-called "rule" written anywhere in the website.

sorry to say that, but in case of any irregularities there are no precise rules. The casino has to find out what has happened and make it right. I have never seen a rule saying something like: "If your deposit is missing we reserve a week for investigation." It does not work this way. I agree that this is far worst because the crypto transactions are considerest the swiftest, well not the most secure though, because crypto isn't regulated.

Let us know how it goes, please. If the casino fails to resolve the problem, you should consider submitting a complaint.

Do I understand correctly that even your winnings were confiscated? In this case, I would submit a complaint.

If you failed to gain an unfair advantage eg. by taking multiple bonuses meant for new players only, I would say the issue needs to be reviewed.

Logging in from different devices but with the same IP SHOULD NOT be a problem. I have many devices and from time to time I log in to my casinos accounts in some of them, tablets, phone, PC, it shouldn't be a problem, so far I never had (and hope to never have) a problem about this with any casino, although I try to use always the same device that I used to register in each casino.
