Hi everyone,

This is an appeal to the community for help.

I have $950,000 locked in my Gamdom account, which is now 'banned'.

I was playing slots and got a few really nice wins, and now they are claiming I have manipulated the software.

I've attached an image of my balance to prove it. There's also a complaint listed here: https://casino.guru/gamdom-casino-player-s-account-has-been-blocked-with

I haven't done anything wrong. All I've done is played and won some money and now they don't want to pay.

I understand the need to review just in case, but now that they are accusing me of cheating they've crossed the line.

It's not fair that a casino can do this. I need this to be seen and heard so they put it right, and so it doesn't happen to anyone else

Please contact me if you would like to see more details. Here is my metamask wallet that I used to deposit.

$1.00 | Tether USD (USDT) Token Tracker | Etherscan

And please help me on Twitter! I am trying to get in contact with them there

Look what they are accusing me of...

Literally all I've done is play their casino games.

I haven't even claimed any bonuses (because no VIP manager bothered to get in touch with me).

Why are they treating their biggest highrollers like this? Do they really want a reputation as a casino that screws over VIPs?

For reference, the slots they claim I have 'manipulated' are Dog House, and Dog House Megaways. Those are literally some of the most high profile slots around.

What they're saying is insane. Gamdom need to give me my money back now!

Blacklisted from other casinos? Oh yeah? Which ones? I would love to know...

Or, maybe they just made that up. That's literally libel.

Still nothing of substance from Gamdom and my money is still confiscated

Well, the casino still has four days to join the complaint again providing proof of their claims...

How can they be allowed to post that kind of accusation and not explain it? In the meantime it makes me look bad! They are the ones that should look bad!

Hello, ghastly, i sympathise with you, let's fight. This is one of the most problems of unknown casinos with non-payment of all funds. I have read many similar cases and complaints about them.

Therefore, it is better to play in a casino with a good reputation and that they are very famous. Good luck.

Following. Gamdom is a platform I kinda appreciate - will give them the benefit of the doubt for now as what they are saying should be easy to prove. But if they can't... ☠️ Well I hope there will be a positive outcome for you !

A terrible situation that can happen to anyone, the saddest thing is that nothing can be done officially with this, it is written in the rules of any online casino that they can do anything with your account and will not be responsible for it.

Have you ever experienced something like that on your own? 🤔

Fair casinos do not take advantage of unfair rules. This is why we include rule fairness in the safety index.

Gamdom are not a fair casino. Look at what they've done to me.

They left the AskGamblers case unresolved:

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/gamdom-casino-banned-my-account-and-have-not-paid-me

On that page, same as with casinoguru, they accused me of all sorts of things that aren't true. That's libellous.

Gamdom's safety rating needs to be zero.

Gamdom have asked me for source of funds and proof of address. What has that got to do with the claimed they've made?

I will send the information they've requested. But someone please tell me what's going on here? Because from my point of view, I'm seeing a casino that's taken my money, accused me of cheating without justification, and now is acting like nothing has happened!

Sounds to me is that this unscrupulous casino is trying to get out of paying you first they accuse you of manipulating the software and then they want a proof of source of funds which is a check that the gambling commission made casinos enforce to make sure that you are not gambling beyond your means, which is a joke loophole because they only ask for proof after you have a big win not when making deposits!! The other loophole they put in to their terms and conditions is that they can close your account without a reason just because they don't want to pay out Are they licensed? I'm sure Casino guru and ask gamblers will support your rightful claim for your big win. I hope you get a positive outcome £950.000 is a lot of money and the casino should cough up your cash!!

They argue collusion and software manipulation. First let's have a look at the collusion accusation: collusion is possible on LIVE GAMES, I will suppose you didn't play nor win that amount of money on live games, if you won it playing slots, then this accusation makes no sense, it would make sense if you were playing with bonus funds and you were abusing said bonus but you say you played with your own funds, right? Then to me this accusation makes no sense at all. And quite honestly I don't see how a player can manipulate software, specifically such a huge provider like Pragmatic, so I have no idea how they came up with this, if it was a software malfunction then the one to guilt is the provider itself, not the player.

Wait until the casino share its evidence with the complaint specialist, because I honestly don't see how it is remotely possible to manipulate a slot. I really hope it gets solved and you get paid, almost 1 million bucks is an insane amount of money, I see this case have potential of turning viral if you don't get paid, Gamdom isn't a small casino. While you wait I would recommend gathering all the possible information, screenshot everything, mails, your account transactions and the rejected withdrawal, it would have been helpful if you could access your betting history on Pragmatic. I wish you the best of luck, this amount is insane!

Proof of address is a really common KYC requirement across all casinos, I have shared it with many casinos I got verified accounts with. Proof of funds is normally only required when deposits are a bit too big (be it a single deposit or cumulative in certain period of time) in my experience bookies and casinos ask for it when you make 5 digits deposit amounts (EUR/USD), so it can be considered normal too. Send your documents, complete the KYC procedures and maybe that solves the case, I truly hope it does!!

Hello!

I'll skip wild speculations! It's good you've also submitted the complaint through Casino Guru Resolution Center.

I feel the most crucial part is finding out the reason for the account restrictions. If I may speculate a bit, I would say the casino is checking your income to exclude AML rule violations.

It goes in hand with you being a high roller, and your current balance is sky-high. That makes me think the casino is investigating every aspect of your history.

Well, the casino should provide decent supportive evidence. This is not to be taken lightly!

I wish you a quick and fair ending, of course!
