This casino's claimed sticky bonus is very different from other casinos' sticky bonuses.

(Sticky bonuses are lost at other casinos when user request a withdrawal. Also, there are no restrictions on playing for real money after a deposit has been made)

The company also does not notify users of any important modifications to the Terms of Use, which has caused much confusion.

I urge the person in charge of Casino Guru to play this casino himself and verify that the information on this site is correct.

Hi, I assume that you have already used the sticky bonus since you have so much information about it. I think that if our team is going to upload a sticky bonus to this casino, they will focus on the necessary information and provide what is needed.

Anyway, thanks for the update.

However, I have one question. So when the casino said that they modified the terms and conditions and you came across such ambiguity, did you ask the support if they could make it clearer ? 🤔

Hi, what is your specific problem, could you say more about it ? Have you tried contacting support or live chat to resolve it ?

Hi, I've described everything in e-mail which I've sent them. I will get an answer for sure tommorrow.

I noticed that when I used the bonus, the behavior changed after the wagering requirements were met.

I contacted support and was told that the formula was changed on the 16th.

This made this casino's bonuses very disadvantageous to the user.

However, the casino never notified the user of this important modification to the Terms and Conditions.

And would you like to share it with us or the players, because I think it could be useful for them. What do you say ? 🙂

I understand what you're saying, but if you think it's disadvantageous for the players, I don't think the casino will include that in their Terms and Conditions.

However, if there is anything that is objectionable, I think you can speak up and write to support as you have done. Maybe they will reconsider what you said and edit it. If that happens you can let us know. 🙂

Sure. I will just paste below the content of this e-mail which I wrote yesterday.

"Hello,

I have an issue. Are you working maybe?

I've forgotten to request a withdrawal on 486 euro (it's 6 euro more than 8 times deposit amount because I still have been playing a bit after converting bonus to the real money) and accidentally I've made a deposit on 60 euro with bonus code on it. When I realised it I just wanted to wager deposit money (according to your terms). After I have done it I realised that some of the money from the real balance has moved to the bonus balance and now I can request a withdrawal only on 367,77 euro instead of 533,63 euro.

Since you are probably not working now I've decided to request a withdrawal on 367.77 euro because without it I can't take an advantage of your amazing exclusive offer. If it's possible I would be grateful for getting refund of this 165,86 euro. I'm adding a screenshot into attachment.

I'm sorry for the trouble and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards"

Today's morning it was immediately resolved and the refund was sent to my bank account. I'm very satisfied with their services. As I know they are working on being available also during the weekends.

Good evening.

I am discovering your discussions on these "sticky" bonuses, which are not since as an agent clearly explained above, a sticky bonus is a bonus which is subtracted at the time of withdrawal.

I got screwed. Nothing is stated about this in the terms and conditions. it is not stated that the bonus will be deducted at the end of the bet (x5) and not at the time of withdrawal!

Which changes everything if you don't know about it.

If I had known, I would have stopped playing and come back the next day.

So, for example, you deposit $50, you get a bonus of 150% = total $125. (50+75).

f unfortunately your balance drops to $80 when the bet ends, you suddenly find yourself playing with $5!! and this without being informed! $80 - $75 (150% of bonus deducted).

Shock!

These bonuses are not sticky bonuses (withdrawal at the time of withdrawal, moreover it should be indicated very clearly in the T&Cs, "be careful the bonus will be deducted at the end of the bet and not at the time of withdrawal"

and in bold!

because players must be able to decide whether they want to take it anyway or not.

With this system, I no longer even see the point of taking a bonus.

Because you absolutely must stay on top of your deposit and not lose it, because at the end of the bet, you will be at zero! you will have no chance to try to get your balance back up..

I have never seen such bonuses.

Guru, you should indicate it, this would make the players aware, so that they do not fall into this trap

Hey Linne, thank you for leaving a comment here.

We have received an overwhelming amount of feedback regarding this sticky bonus policy, and it has become clear that this is not standard practice in the industry, nor something that players generally expect to happen.

As such, we have decided to remove this policy and, instead, increase the wagering requirements on all bonuses.

The specifics are not set in stone yet, but this update should happen sometime during this month. We will send communication to all players via email to inform them of this change, and post an update here.

We've also replied to you via email - we hope the resolution for your specific case will be satisfactory.

At the very least, we, the users, are being financially disadvantaged by bonus offers that consist of misperceptions and misrepresentations on the part of the This is not a problem that can be dealt with by changing the Terms.

At the very least, the casino should compensate users for the loss they have suffered because sticky bonuses that should have been removed upon withdrawal were removed upon fulfillment of the wagering requirements.

We believe that Casino Guru is also responsible as an affiliate for failing to actually use the bonuses themselves to do their own research.

Hey,

Casino.guru has already fulfilled their responsibility here, since they disclose the fact that the bonuses are sticky before even claiming them.

According to the T&Cs that these players have accepted before claiming these bonuses, the winnings were to be removed upon fulfillment of wagering requirements, not before their withdrawal, so we are not bound to any compensation from this point of view.

Even if we were, how exactly would you quantify this loss? Some players may have requested a withdrawal immediately after the wagering was complete, and thus no difference would have been made. Some players may have continued playing with the funds, and lost, which would have meant a loss for the player, while others may have won, but this cannot be estimated due to the random nature of slots.

Bonuses are not sticky bonuses.

I'm sure it has been pointed out here many times by various people.

If the casino guru had actually used the bonus at this casino even once, he would not have misrepresented it as a sticky bonus.

In other words, they took the casino's misrepresentation at face value, and put the information on the website without doing proper research.

At least there was no such statement in the Terms of Service at the time I looked.

I know that the casinos here change their terms of service without notifying players.

Therefore, the terms of use are not the reason.

What is important is that many users have been lied to and deceived about sticky bonuses.

(If you're going to bring up the Terms of Service in the first place, you should consider the fact that users don't know what is right about the contradiction between the statement that it is a sticky bonus and the statement that it is removed once the wagering requirement is met.)

The loss cannot be quantified.

That's how stupid you people are.

Users deposited money believing it was a sticky bonus because of the false explanation, and as a result, they did not receive the sticky bonus.

If that is the case, then the best way to fix it is to grant the bonus as a no-deposit bonus.

Hi, as we can see, the casino will be removing this policy and updating the bonuses, so I guess it won't be relevant to point out something like that anymore.

Anyway, the casino said that they replied to your email, so I hope the resolution worked out fine. 🙂

I don't believe accusations of lying and deceiving have their place here.

When you first notified us of this issue, it is true, the terms and conditions were not properly worded and indeed stated that bonuses are removed upon withdrawal. At that point, we have offered to add the funds to your account and remove them when you request a withdrawal (thus respecting the T&Cs you have agreed to), offer which you promptly refused.

You then continued depositing, in full knowledge of these terms.

We've been nothing but transparent with you, as well as all of our other players, and we will continue doing so.

I understand your point.

Yet in this case, we provide information given by the casino.

Keeping this whole conversation in mind, I guess it will all be settled once the casino changes the terms accordingly. Honestly, I did not read the whole discussion, but I am convinced we aim to provide accurate information, so the proper department will be notified to check the bonus terms available on our website.
