If you want to discuss anything related to FestivalPlay Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hey, from what I've seen, the casino has a pretty low safety rating.
Anyway, what's important is: what exactly are your issues with the withdrawal? What did the casino tell you, and how long have you been waiting? Did you have to verify your account?
Please let me know.
I was actually able to withdraw, the problem with this casino is the fine print. It's understandable that a bonus has a rollover requirement, but at FestivalPlay your own deposit has a 5x rollover, which is why they reject withdrawals.

After completing the rollover, verifying my account, and receiving the deposit within 48 hours, I came out ahead because I was going to withdraw less XD

Hello, the overall experience is quite good, despite the festival-related 5X wagering requirement for deposits, correct?
I honestly could not tell, so maybe if something was not clear or obvious, we can talk more here. 🙂
How long did it take from when you started the withdrawal process until you received your money?
Hey, are you also waiting for a payout when you asking this? 🙂
You can also describe your situation if you want.
I managed to solve it, the process of obtaining the required documentation for account verification (identity, address and bank details) took too long.
After all that waiting and hassle, once I initiated the withdrawal (I did it via Skrill for speed), it took Festival Play two business days to pay. Thankfully, they did pay. But they charged me a commission on the total withdrawal amount. About 60,000 CLP, approximately 60 USD. The good thing is I managed to get that money out.
Hey, let me say that I'm glad to see you managed to resolve the withdrawal. In my opinion, the fee you mention is truly a bit higher, so thanks for mentioning it. Do this casino have such a fee stated in the rules, maybe? I guess it was a percentage, but that's just a guess. Still, kind of unexpected, I reckon.
It's an 8% commission after making the first withdrawal within 30 days, or at least that's what they told me in the email.
The truth is, if it's too high, I'll close my account once they deposit my money.
