I really hope casino guru will also learn and apply not only the law, but also a fair resolution for everyone.

I had similare cases than people with addiction where the casino abused it and also didn't offer exclusion or more.

A lot of people had their money refund because casino guru ruled that it was abusif from the casino,

But in my case I show chats, didn't got AML verification (with 2,50 BTC) and couldn't make exclusion because the casino make a glitch so I coulnd't self exclude (I film it and sent the video to casino guru) and they dare to say that I didn't have enough evidence !!

Wtf I even got another account which was closed and let me open another, and to show evidence I also create a new one after the last one was banned..

Other player had their money, but my case wasn't ruled fairly at all !!
