No normal lawyer would simply sue for the deposits without first deducting the payout.

I don't think that the EU Commission will only decide for players.

There will be an agreement with Malta or online casinos and that is what they want to achieve.

All claims that have gone through so far will be enforced and paid, but anyone who wants to file a new claim will no longer be able to do so, which is why pf's say register now before it's too late.

This cannot be the case for Austria because it can be reclaimed for 30 years and the monopoly stands and the licenses will not be reissued until 2027 and certainly not to the casinos that did not pay judgments years ago.
