I don't know, if they rule that the case is not executed, they can probably transfer the money back to the casino. I don't think you'll get anything out of it as long as it isn't paid out. Maybe you could ask a lawyer what he says about the extent to which the money deposited with the court is reserved for the specific case in the event of insolvency.
