The law firms work with a variety of PKFs and you have no direct contact with the PKFs... everything goes through the law firm.

If the file is in Malta, then suddenly the law firms that previously looked after you are no longer responsible and you will receive exactly zero feedback from the law firm in Malta. It is these things that are discussed by clients because it sometimes comes across as dubious.

I thought my case would no longer be accepted because of bill55, apparently I was wrong.

The legal situation is clear and the EU Court of Justice will classify Bill55 as contrary to EU law and the Commission will initiate infringement proceedings against Malta.
