Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to ask for advice or support regarding my ongoing attempt to obtain a refund from Stake.
I am French, and I created my account using my real ID and my real IP address. I even have screenshots of my sessions as proof.
My total deposit was 2.32 BTC. I am hoping to recover at least 40,000 EUR/USD back.
I first tried with a French lawyer, who only sent a letter to Australia. Unfortunately, we never received any response.
Afterwards, I hired Roelof, but after making me wait for a full year, he finally told me to find another lawyer. He explained that it is very difficult to succeed in Curaçao because there are too many cases.
Another French lawyer asked me for 6,000 EUR upfront, without guaranteeing anything and without even explaining what actions he would take.
At this point, I feel desperate. Can someone tell me what I can do, or what office/legal authority I should contact? Has anyone here successfully managed to get a refund from Stake, or do you know of a lawyer or legal strategy that could actually work in this situation?
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Final arguments have already been scheduled, so we will find out in March/April whether we will see our money and whether Bill 55 will be overturned.
