Well, I've already received money from a few casinos. There are only a few very difficult cases and Pokerstars is one of them.

The question is also whether you are with lawyers who treat your case individually or whether you are with a PF who only files class actions. I would advise against the second.

For me there is no logic at all.

Possibly they are speculating with a major financial crash with subsequent hyperinflation, if they win another year then the few hundred million that they have to pay back are only pocket money in relation to that...

They just don't want that to go to school. They also think internationally. First it was Austria, now Germany will be added and who knows, maybe other countries will come along in the future and they just want to avoid that. Although there are only a few problem casinos anyway. Many pay without negotiation and many pay at least after the negotiation.

Pokerstars is one of the market leaders and they can pay lawyers forever with their billions. And that the ws. also have really good contacts, you can also just assume. This stupid justification alone that the executions would disturb the public order in Malta should normally not even be accepted by the court. How is that supposed to disturb public order if a company does not pay its debts and does not take note of court decisions? Instead, there is serious negotiation as to whether it disrupts public order because creditors want their money. You really can't make up your mind, but Malta is a bit like a banana country.

A couple? For me it's not about mr green poker stars or interwetten I think there are several who don't pay and imitate the big ones!

Isn't it the case that at the 6th court date of an execution hearing a verdict must be passed?

Unfortunately I can't say anything because of the number of court dates in Malta for the execution. My execution hasn't started yet (unfortunately).

As soon as one is won in malta, this will no longer be necessary.

I have already had 2 court hearings in Malta and the litigation financier has written that there may still be further hearings, the next one will take place in July...
