What do you mean? 🙂

I mean, how exactly do casinos like this have customers as long as I saw that there were customers who waited 4 months to receive their money!? I really do not understand.

oh, I see now.

Well, all complaints were closed as resolved and more importantly are all quite old. No complaint closed as unresolved and no complaint submitted this year, I say it's quite good for the casino of o big brand.

Let's just say that its license could be better and this casino suffers the side effect from the rest of the group.

Just signed up with dreams casino. Got a bonus chip as a welcome bonus. Won $98 and they wont answer me or accept my verification docs to withdraw anything. Seriously dont understand why these people will let a few bucks stand in the way of them making 100 times this amount in the long run. Why bother?

I do not have an answer as well. 🤔

Any chance that the wagering has not been fulfilled, so the support is not "interested" in the KYC just yet?

Honestly, without a proper explanation from the casino, we can only speculate, but I agree that a lack of support and communication is not the best approach, especially when new casinos rising up each day...

Hi Radka, I just joined Dreams Casino, sort of. When I tried signing up it said I already have an account. It turns out they use the inclave platform for signups, and I had signed up with Lucky Legends using the inclave platform a while back. I guess my question is, will this casino consider that an "opening multiple accounts" issue? I also got to see my player class on dreams casino "advanced skilled player." I found the whole thing weird.

Hello!

I don't think it is the case it's not considered as "multiple account' T&C breach as it is using only information from inclave registering platform. We can think about inclave as multi-registering platform that can be used by casinos to just easily "register" you in. If this is your first time visiting the website under your inclave account it should be all fine as from technical view and logical it shouldn't really matter and inclave is not considered as casino just provider.

However just to be sure I would check with casino's support team but again this is my best guess.

If you decide to contact them please do let us know how it really is. Thank you!

Inclave actually has a site. I find it convenient as I can just click on my particular Casino right from there and it logs me and everything. I actually like the Inclave "app" check it out. Youd be surprised how handy it really is especially if you play these family of Casinos.

I wouldn't say so, to tell you the truth. It is not unusual that you need to deposit some money to get verified. Usually, it is whenever there is a no-deposit bonus and players need to deposit a minimum amount. It is called a verification deposit.

What kind of tournament was it, if you don't mind?
