Hello, I think I would do the same as you and lodge a complaint. There’s probably not much else we can do right now. I saw that Attila was on vacation, so that’s what delayed the whole thing for a while.

Either way, the casino has a pretty bad safety rating, so I wouldn’t be surprised by whatever the outcome ends up being.

You say they haven’t paid you anything yet. I’m afraid you might not get anything at all. Did they tell you why they blocked you? 

They never explained to me the reasons why... in the same way they never explained to me the reasons why they blocked me.... and my comment is the following:

If the answer turns out to be negative... why do you continue to allow Casino Rabbet to operate on your platform if, at the end of the day, all they do is tarnish Casino Guru's reputation? Because, by using the platform and not paying, they are damaging its image. So why don't you make the decision to remove them from the platform?
