I browsed a few games and I had the feeling I was playing NES.

I mean it's ok, but too retro for me. I closed the tab and Idk about anything else.

Could you please tell us what is the reason for closing your account?

If it is due to gambling issues, the casino should act promptly, for sure.

I already contacted Spinorhino several times and clearly asked them to close my account. I sent multiple emails and messages, but they still did nothing. Instead of closing my account, they keep asking questions and delaying the process.

If a player asks to close an account, especially for gambling reasons, a responsible casino should close it immediately. Unfortunately, Spinorhino did not take my request seriously and my account is still not closed.

It is also very important to clearly state the reason when requesting the account closure, though, so I hope you did everything as they require and we'll be able to help you.
