Please avoid this casino at all costs!!!! It’s without a license and it’s painfully obvious they manipulate the games. I realize hardly anyone plays here but I do and have. I’ve begged them to close my account and the customer service agent tried to talk me into another deposit because, as she put it, the house can’t always win. Well the house always wins there. I’ve had a couple small withdraws and that takes days to get processed. Why I have no clue. The games are the same ones I play other places or at least did. Trying to stop gambling and this place is the only place that won’t honor my request to close my account. When I close it on my own and beg them not to allow me to reopen it they always allow me to. I’m in so much debt because of playing here. Started today with a withdraw request that was on 48 hours since requested. I got mad it wasn’t processed so played it and lost. Then deposited another $1,500 and lost it all. I realize I have a problem and shouldn’t be gambling and this is the only place I can because every other place honored my self exclusion request. These people only care about money and will try to talk you into increasing every deposit you make. They are the worst casino I’ve ever played at and it’s not even close!

They are quick to help you deposit to get that money in they don’t pay out.

Edited for 2nd time....
To my complete surprise many many months later I have FINALLY been paid (a partial of my withdrawal request) So i have decided to put them at a "neutral" ! From what I can gather I believe Fatbet MIGHT have different ownership. With this said I would still be very cautious of depositing again.

Edited to add- I cannot understand WHY casino guru has those casino listed as "Above Average" , they have mostly negative reviews. They are ripping people OFF!
I have tried to contact Fatbet several times,and they are now ignoring me!
Btw- there ate no issues with my account infact the customer service reps had told me my verification was all good ,and I won fair and square

So to make a long story short...they just won't pay me my winnings in which the withdrawal request is only $360 if they can't afford $360 there is definitely something wrong with this casino. By the way it's a Bitcoin request payout and it shouldn't take a whole month or more in which it's been about approximately a month since I requested it. Also it was $400 I requested in the beginning and then I decided to put some back and play in which I didn't have good luck so now it's only 360. It's too bad because customer service or the customer service reps are very nice but they just keep telling me the same damn thing over and over and over again and it's very discouraging,and aggravating of course.

Fatbet has a nice offer of slots, also good promotional offers, low wager requirements on deposit bonuses and imo, a good RTP. I’ve won 5x of my depo there in first session after depositing, and requested withdrawal in BTC (EUR 457) - however… this is too slow for crypto withdrawal. 3-5 days? , I’m into 4th day after withdrawal request and nobody even checked the documents, which are by the way, clean, well shoot and there isn’t really much to check there. KYC and crypto withdrawal can be completes in 10 minutes if we’re gonna be honest.

Now, I started doubting I’ll see the BTC at all. 3-5 days is too long for a Bank transfer via SWIFT, not to mention crypto.

To be completely fair, then make it work as deposits - instant. And speed up KYC since it’s really necessary to be fast in thia industry.

Slow slow slow so I’m losing trust but can be easily improved. When it gets faster, instant crypto and 1-2 days for Kyc, my rating will be higher. Stay Away! they are a bunch of thieves. Made 2 deposits and it was deducted from my bank account but its not reflecting on my profile. Sent them my banking statement, transaction history and text messages of my bank notifications yet they still avoiding either refunding me or adding the money onto my profile. Their customer service agents are rude, unprofessional and incompetent (shazi & lungelo) and they apparently work with no manager or supervisor on duty.
