The player actually lost her login data and asked the casino for a change of her email address. She opened a second account using the new email address for registration. The casino never replied to the player's requests and blocked her account including her winnings. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

interestingly, I was able to log into my account yesterday.today it says that the account is closed. when do I want to log in.that's interesting. because I was able to log in to the account until now. and my winnings were confiscated by the casino. however, the money I paid was still on my account.I tried to log in today, but it says that the account has been closed.

I feel the casino wants to pay you your deposits without the winnings.
