This is casino Maneki, there is nowhere to ask for a withdrawal, their chat line is not working, i am in contact with them for a month now, i even contacted trustpilot and nothing is done. After a month of emails they asked me to play three times the deposit, i did but still no resolution. There is no way to know anything. It is very frustating
