I won $400, hit all the playthrough requirements. After multiple and many emails back and forth verifying my identity on the 3rd or 4th day they denied my withdrawal because I have an arrest record!! This is ridiculous. 80% of people that I know having arrest record. However I am not currently on probation or parole . I think they need to grow up and also let their players know that if you have an arrest record you have no business playing at their casino. Then they logged me out and blocked me. Furious.

Isn't this unconstitutional?

I'd say you should at least submit a complaint 👈 We have a special Team of professionals whose only interest is to support players and their approach.

Since it is free of charge, I wouldn't hesitate.

Just to add a new piece of information for players from Serbia. The casino is blocked for this region, most likely until the new year.

the license for gambling of the Republic of Serbia is granted periodically, approximately for 6 months. it happened that some casinos were blocked, and then they got permission again. this casino has never been blocked, until recently. so that's why I think it might be available again from the beginning of next year.

I clearly understand, I would say half a year is quite a short time. So does it also happen that sometimes casinos don't get permission again to operate in Serbia? I suppose so, is it also on the basis of something or do you not address it too much? 

I accidentally came across that information that the license is for 6 months, for online casinos. Well, it happens that a casino is operational for 6 months, then blocked for 6 months. You're right it can be quite limiting and I can't imagine how it's good for the casino. I could imagine if it was for the first time, it would get a shorter license and if it proves itself and the players there don't have problems, it would get a license for a longer period. But that doesn't make sense to me and I can't imagine how the players would get money if the casino is blocked for six months. You didn't get to how the players are treated in such a case? Can be quite interesting topic. 👍
