To be honest, what made me concerned at first were the reviews I found about the casino. Some sites rate it above average, while others only average, which makes the credibility seem questionable. Secondly, I was informed multiple times that my account was verified, but then the next day I was asked to provide additional documents. I also never received a clear timeframe, and every time I contacted customer service I kept getting the same repeated response without further details. However, the truth is that I did eventually receive the full amount of €3000, which is something I appreciate
