Delayed withdrawal at Spinanga

Goodmorning guys. I've been making a withdrawal request on Spinanga for 10 days now and while they're supposed to be completed within 1-3 days, mine has not only not been completed, it hasn't even progressed to the next stage of processing. What is also unacceptable is that they never replied to the emails I sent, while the customer service always gives me a copy-paste answer that says it will be completed as soon as possible and to be patient. Did any of you have a similar problem with this betting? Note that I haven't done account verification because it tells me I don't need to. I'm just mentioning it because I don't know if it affects anything

I have read in your complaint, that the issue was solved. That is a really great news. Have they explained to you, what was the issue for that delay? Also which withdrawal method di you use, if I may ask?

No, to this day I have not received any official response to the emails I sent them explaining why there was this delay. All I've been told by live chat customer service is that it's due to financial department workload, which I find unacceptable for a betting company. I received a notification in the mail that my withdrawal was completed. I had chosen to withdraw to a credit Visa, since the deposit was made by it.

Understand. Well sometimes even at online casinos can this kind of delay happen. Please do not forget, that also there are just people working a trying to do their best to serve every customer/player, so I can totally understand if they are overloaded by withdrawals, especially whenever they are understaffed. Hopefully next time it'll be faster, so you do not need to get upset by that.

There is a big difference when you play in casino because they need to verify your account and your request which takes time while when you bet on matches is not necessary. In any case it is completely understandable from my point of view that sometimes the staff is overloaded with withdrawal requests (to be honest only with this betting company I had such a problem) but what is not understandable is the customer service which every time gave me different answers.

Yes, I understand that there is always a different answer and you don't even know where you stand. 

However, verification is necessary even if you bet only on matches. At least I've encountered it, so nothing unusual for me. 

Of course, the most important thing was that you got your money, and if you were bothered by the length of the withdrawal, you can try somewhere else. 🙂
